- Siapkan 4 butir of telur rebus.

Cara memasak Chinese Chicken Porridge
- Geprek jahe & baput, sisihkan.. (harusnya giling halus ya).
- Didihkan 1 liter air, masukkan ceker & dada ayam, lalu masukkan bumbu yg kita geprek tadi beserta lada, garam & kaldu hingga ayam matang, angkat dada ayam lalu goreng, suwir2 & sisihkan.
- Sementara itu tambahkan sisa air, didihkan lalu masukkan air kaldu ayam ke nasi yg ada dimagic jar. (Oia.. baputnya sy cincang2 kecil lagi 🤗. Biar lbh enak pas menyantapnya nanti) masak hingga menjadi bubur, menjelang diangkat masukkan minyak wijen aduk rata. Boleh koreksi rasa dulu 🤗.
