  1. Gunakan 100 gram of beras pandan wangi, cuci bersih.
  2. Diperlukan 2 L of air kaldu ayam.
  3. Gunakan 5 lembar of daun pandan, ikat.
  4. Diperlukan 1 sdt of bubuk kaldu jamur.
  5. Siapkan 1 sdt of lada bubuk.
  6. Siapkan 1 buah of dada ayam goreng, suwir.
  7. Diperlukan 2 batang of daun bawang, iris halus.
  8. Gunakan 2 batang of seledri, iris halus.
  9. Diperlukan 2 sdm of bawang merah goreng.
  10. Gunakan 2 sdm of bawang putih goreng.
  11. Sediakan of sisa bumbu ungkepan ayam kuning,jika suka.
